For Wednesday, November 13 on General Hospital, spoilers tease that Lois is suspicious and Natalia is remorseful. Meanwhile, Sasha walks in on Gio talking with Chase, “How’s it goin’, Bro?” he asks the cop. Sasha’s in shock. “You knew,” she asks Gio. What does she think Gio knows and does he really know?!
It’s decision day in Port Charles and Curtis thinks his good pal Drew is going to Washington. He tells Portia, “Drew’s going to name me permanent CEO.” In order for that to happen, Drew really does have to win it all — and even more importantly, keep it! He’s very close to being embroiled in a huge scandal. Will he avoid it?

Kristina was so upset she ended up in car accident with Natalia, who told her she should let her mom know. Sonny arrived and told Kristina the same thing. Now teasers show that Kristina talks with Alexis but does she tell her what happened? It looks like she says something that her mom can get behind. “I couldn’t agree with anything more,” Alexis tells Kristina.
Jason is there for Michael, as he has been pretty much his whole life (except times when Jason was thought dead). He tells him about his marital issues with Willow. “I’m afraid she’s going to say there’s no future for us,” Michael tells Jason. You can also expect for Jason to open up to Spinelli.
While Spinelli is busy with Jason, Maxie confronts Nina. “Have you told Willow that you slept with Drew yet,” Maxie asks her former sister-in-law. They are Drew’s election headquarters and that may not be the best location to be having this very private conversation.
It looks like Drew learns his electoral fate. Willow is there too and the two have a conversation about things. “You know me, you always do,” he tells Willow. For someone who wants Drew to leave her alone, Willow sure seems to be around him a great deal.
Brennan catches up with the object of his affection — Carly.
