John Doe to Familiar Face

Things got off to a strange start when Lulu (Alexa Havins) hurried over to a car accident victim. His face was hidden in the popped airbag, unrecognizable to Lulu or the paramedics.

As he was taken by ambulance, Chase (Josh Swickard) questioned Lulu about what she witnessed, but she had little information for the detective.

Over at GH, Drew (Cameron Mathison) got hit with one blow after another. First, Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) showed up asking his uncle to let him see Scout (Cosette Abinante).

Later, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) broke the news that Monica (the late Leslie Charleson) had passed away.

With Lucas (Van Hansis) working the ER and Anna (Finola Hughes) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) walking in to speak with Drew, it was that moment the paramedics wheeled the car accident victim in and revealed his face to look just like the deceased Nathan (Ryan Paevey, who returned to GH today).

He’s Back…Or Is He?

With this familiar face back in Port Charles, it begs the question: will this man be recognized by everyone as Nathan, or will be appear as a stranger? And even if he’s recognized…is it really Nathan?

Paevey teased a fresh new story during his GH return, but the character he’s playing is still under wraps. Only time will tell if he’s the fan favorite character we all know and love, or if he’s someone else entirely.

General Hospital spoilers for September 22 tease a shaken Britt (Kelly Thiebaud). Could this be because her brother is suddenly back from the dead, just like her?
